Brett joined Meeting Protocol in 1998 after working in the supply chain industry. He has served as a Program Manager, Contracts and Sourcing, and other capacities at Meeting Protocol. In his capacity as Board Member, Brett is also responsible for the family’s investment partnership. Brett is one of the founders of AccessBank Texas where he serves on the Board of Directors, is on the Executive and Directors Loan committees, and is chairman for the Assets and Liabilities committee.
KimberLee’s career in life sciences began in 1998 with her work at a subsidiary of the World Health Organization. She joined the Meeting Protocol family in 2001 and has served in multiple capacities in her 20-year tenure. When Scout Clinical was founded in 2015, KimberLee was part of the core team of innovators who brought it to the marketplace and served as the Vice President, Patient Services. She presently serves as the President of Atlas. KimberLee hopes that her commitment to meet people’s needs comes through in her dedication to the patients, sites, and clinical research professionals we support at Meeting Protocol, Atlas, and Scout Clinical.
Paige became a part of Meeting Protocol in 1999 to establish and manage the London office. After 5 years abroad, Paige returned to the Dallas headquarters as COO. Before becoming a part of Meeting Protocol, Paige was in sales, first dictation equipment and then surgical supplies. Paige brings her vast knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, as well as her extensive international travel to keep propelling Meeting Protocol and Scout Clinical forward.
Matt joined Meeting Protocol in 2013 to manage increasing compliance and reporting responsibilities. Since then, Meeting Protocol has continued to develop its capabilities and now has one of the most robust HCP reporting platforms in the industry. In 2017 Matt took on the role of Business Unit Manager for Scout Clinical, managing compliance, finance, and strategic partnerships. Matt has 15 years of experience working with companies to improve their technology, operations, and finances across a wide variety of industries. He brings this experience to Scout Clinical and helps leverage technology so we can focus our human capital on the constantly evolving needs of our clients, attendees, and patients.
Jessica joined Scout Clinical in 2021 to oversee the global patient travel and reimbursement operations team, directly overseeing the project management and project liaison divisions. In addition, Jessica is ensuring Scout Clinical continues to grow into the leading provider of patient travel and reimbursement services to patients who are participating in clinical trials. Jessica has 20 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotech and contract research industry. Jessica’s experiences span many functional areas including, proposal and contract management, outsourcing and vendor management, as well as strategic project management. Jessica plans to couple her experience, and enthusiasm for clinical research, to exceed the needs of Scout’s patients and clients.
Pat established Meeting Protocol Worldwide in 1995 after 10 years of meeting and event planning experience with another company. What began as a one-woman operation is now a multi-national, family-owned and operated company with over 40 full-time and 30 part-time employees. Pat’s experience in the industry, as well as her involvement in daily operations maintains the high level of service Meeting Protocol and Scout Clinical are known for.

Julian joined Meeting Protocol in 2019 to manage the growing financial and accounting responsibilities. He brings over 13 years of experience spanning a vast array of industries from oil and gas to real estate. Having served in numerous roles from finance manager to CFO in the past, his relentless aim has remained consistent with every company: improve financial efficiency and accuracy with the primary focus on client service and dependability. Julian hopes his knowledge and enthusiasm exceeds the goals and needs of our clients and patients.

Alex joined Scout in January 2022 to oversee our commercial functions including the proposals and contracts teams. With 15 years of experience in the clinical research industry, Alex brings a depth of knowledge spanning proposals, commercial finance, and sales enablement functions. His passion for translating complex business requirements into tailored and executable solutions ensures our customers that their unique portfolio objectives will consistently be met. Alex is ready to demonstrate why no client request is too big or too small for Scout to accommodate.
EVP, Business Development & Marketing
Melissa joined Meeting Protocol in October of 2021 to support existing customers and to bring awareness to new sponsors in need of MPW, Atlas, and Scout Clinical services. Melissa has over a decade of experience within the clinical research industry, serving in primarily business development and sales enablement roles. She brings her experience managing both strategic large pharma enterprises and specialty biotechnology partnerships across all phases of clinical development. Melissa is passionate about clinical research because she has close friends and family who’ve benefited from the hard work of researchers that never quit in the pursuit of finding new cures and treatments for those in need. As such, it’s her mission to be sure “no patient is left behind” due to a situational circumstance. Because we are all working toward a common goal of helping patients receive life changing therapies, Melissa is therefore fueled with a passion working within the MPW family in service of patients, caregivers, sites, and sponsors.

Kristin joined Scout Clinical in 2022 to develop and lead the Strategic Project Management team, ensuring collaborative, successful client partnerships and quality delivery. Kristin has contributed to the clinical research industry for over 25 years, serving in project management of full-service Phase I-III clinical trials for over 17 years. Kristin’s experience guiding and supporting cross-functional global teams and vendors, her broad understanding of the clinical research process, and her passion to foster patient-centric clinical trials are directed toward exceeding client and patient expectations. Kristin is dedicated to continually elevating patient engagement and satisfaction throughout the clinical trial such that new safe and effective therapies are brought to market.
Chris Domijan joined Meeting Protocol in 2022 to develop and lead the Financial and Accounting team. He is a trusted and highly accomplished Financial Executive with successful experience working in highly regulated environments for diversified public and privately held companies. Chris' vast high growth business industry experience allows him to envision future market trends, plan accordingly, execute and successfully manage organizational / cultural change associated with this fast growth. This enterprising leader achieves long and short-term goals by assessing and strategically adapting to ever-changing situations to consistently deliver positive bottom-line results.
